Qualifications and Experience required:

Deputy Chief Financial Officer:

• Qualification: You need to have one of these: Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACMA/CFA or MBA Finance. Or, you can have a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: If you have one of the qualifications mentioned above, you need at least 5 years of experience. If you have a bachelor’s degree, you need at least 10 years of experience.

Manager Operations:

• Qualification: You need a 4-year Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience: For this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in operating and managing Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plants. It would be great if you have experience working in the Power Sector, and if you know about tariff billing, insurance matters, and dealing with stakeholders. If you’ve worked in an environment that uses ERP systems, that’s a plus.
