About KPCIP:

Qualifications and experience required:
1. Director Project Development:
- Qualification: We’re looking for someone with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water and Sanitation Engineering, Project Management, or something similar.
- Experience: Ideally, we need someone with about 12 years of experience, especially in managing big civil engineering projects. Knowledge of project management practices is a big plus!
2. Project Development Officer:
- Qualification: For this role, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water & Sanitation, or related fields is what we’re after. If you have a Master’s degree, that’s even better!
- Experience: We’re hoping to find someone with around 7 years of experience, especially in water supply, sanitation infrastructure, or urban development projects.
3. Procurement Assistants:
- Qualification: We need someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Law, or Finance.
- Experience: It would be great if you have about 3 years of experience in procurement and contract management/administration, especially with FIDIC contracts.
4. Contract Admin/Management Officer:
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Business Management, Law, or Finance would be perfect for this role.
- Experience: We’re looking for someone with about 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management. Experience with ADB procedures is a bonus!
5. Social Mobilizers-CSW:
- Qualification: If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Urban Planning, Governance sector, Gender, or related fields, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
- Experience: We’re hoping to find someone with 2-3 years of experience in program/project support, especially in social development and gender issues. Good communication skills and knowledge of local language (Pashto) would be really helpful.
