Senior Vigilance Officer
- Number of Posts: 16
- Qualification/Experience: Retired Armed Forces Junior Commissioned Officers of the rank of Honorary Lieutenant/Captain, or Subedar Major. Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination with a “C” Grade (2nd Division) or equivalent from a recognized board. Must also be qualified in Intelligence courses and have 5 years of experience in intelligence duties in the field.
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
Inspector Vigilance (Field)
- Number of Posts: 11
- Qualification/Experience: Havildar or equivalent from retired personnel of the Armed Forces. Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination with a “C” Grade (2nd Division) or equivalent from a recognized board. Must be qualified in Intelligence courses and have 3 years of experience in intelligence duties in the field.
- Maximum Age Limit: 44 years
Assistant Inspector Vigilance (Field)
- Number of Posts: 9
- Qualification/Experience: Lance Havildar/Naik or equivalent from retired personnel of the Armed Forces. Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination with a “C” Grade (2nd Division) or equivalent from a recognized board. Must be qualified in Intelligence courses and have 3 years of experience in intelligence duties in the field.
- Maximum Age Limit: 42 years
Instructions & General Conditions
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview; no TA/DA will be provided.
- A written/screening test will be conducted by the WAPDA Exam Cell.
- No age relaxation will be granted. Age will be calculated as of the last date for applications.
- Candidates must present original documents at the time of the interview.
- All ex-servicemen should have a medical category of ‘A’ and an exemplary character at the time of discharge.
- Individuals retired/weeded out due to disciplinary reasons are not eligible.
- Initial appointments are on a 1-year probation period, with regularization subject to satisfactory performance.
- Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
- Any false information will lead to termination.

- Submission: Completed application forms, along with a copy of your CV, photocopies of the Discharge Certificate, Course Report, CNIC, attested copies of all educational and experience certificates, 2 recent passport-size photographs, and the fee deposit receipt, should be sent directly to the Director (Vigilance) WAPDA, 217-WAPDA House, Lahore via postal/courier service within 15 days of the advertisement publication. In-person applications will not be accepted.
