Qualifications and experience required:
Deputy Director (PMU):
- Qualification: You should have either a degree in medicine or dentistry (MBBS/BDS) or a master’s degree in Public Health/Management. If you don’t have these, an equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Lab Technology, or related fields will also be considered.
- Experience: We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field. This means you should have a good amount of knowledge and practical know-how in areas related to healthcare management or public health.
Managers (PMU):
- Qualification: For this role, you need to have a degree in medicine or dentistry (MBBS/BDS) or a 16-year education in fields like Tibb, Homoeopathic, Social Sciences, or similar areas.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field. This means you’ve been working for some time in a job related to healthcare or social sciences.
Field Officers:
- Qualification: To apply for this position, you need at least a 16-year education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, Statistics, Tibb, Homoeopathic, Social Sciences, or similar fields.
- Experience: Whether you’re just starting your career or have up to 3 years of experience, you’re welcome to apply. Even if you’re fresh out of school, you have a chance!
Officers (PMU):
- Qualification: If you’re interested in this role, you should have the right education background in Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields.
